So What / Now what

WALT

To compose and create a rap (with beat if possible) about

bullying

What resources were used to help you? We used Google Docs to record our ideas, we used the examples that Mr McCallum gave us, searched for rhyming words using the internet.

Did you go through the process on your own or collaborate with other people? I worked with Kalila.

How did you find the process? I found this challenging because we didn't know what to do at first. Once we figured it out it was hard to find the rhyming words and to keep reading to see if it rhymed or not.

What did you enjoy most about the process of creating a rap? Being able to write a rap.

What  might be your next step? Writing a bigger rap and being able to add more detail to it.

The bullies think they’re so cool

When they walk into the school

I walked and they gave me a whack

Then they gave me a smack

I felt so bad

But the bullies felt so glad

I started to cry
When a girl said hi

Her name was Allie

Her claim was she was nice

Now I only have a few probs

This week I have participated actively in a range of learning experience around ‘Multicultural week’

I was involved in a range of learning experiences for Multicultural week. I did…..The chopsticks Activity were u have to pick up jelly beans with chopsticks

I learnt that their cultural things are different

I enjoyed learning about other cultural things

I was most fascinated by Other people live and learn about their countries   

A question I have...How did u learn how to make the food from other cultures`
